Kinesiology is an incredible modality that uses muscle testing to identify and clear stress from the body. It can work for many stressors and ailments, ranging from fatigue, certain emotions, anxiety, chronic stress and much more. It’s even perfect for helping the body process certain situations or traumatic events.
We use a blend of talk therapy, muscle testing and some remedies including sound therapy, colour therapy, essential oils, cards, totems and much more to bring your body back into balance.
We test through a whole bunch of different systems in your body to see where the stress is stored - like a chakra, certain body part (and the metaphysical meaning of it), 5 elements of TCM, meridians and various other areas.
It’s the perfect way to access the information your body has and is storing subconsciously, and we can help bring that to the conscious mind and process it (and to help your body release some of that tension too!)
